How a repair works

    Drop off

    We log your device, note the problem and its condition, and hand you a job slip with a ticket number.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis & repair

    An engineer takes the job and starts work. You can check where it is at any time.

  3. 03

    Parts, if needed

    If a part has to be ordered, the status says so — work resumes the moment it arrives.

  4. 04

    Collect & pay

    When it's ready, pay by cash, UPI or bank transfer — or split between them — and take it home.
